Winners of 1st World Taekwondo Federation photo contest announced

The WTF (World Taekwondo Federation) nominated 40 photos related to the World Taekwondo Qualification Tournament for the 1st Youth Olympic Games and the 8th WTF World Junior Taekwondo Championships, both held in Mexico, for the 1st WTF Photo Contest.

The theme of the contest was “the Spirit of Taekwondo” and Mexico’s Teodoro Guerrero Bonilla captured the top prize.

Entries have closed for the 2nd WTF Photo Contest on the occasion of the 2nd WTF World Para-Taekwondo Championships that was held on May 11. The topic for the second contest was “Taekwondo and the Disabled.” WTF Photo contests will help enhance the image of taekwondo around the world. Winners are expected to be announced shortly.
