ISN'T IT AMAZING?

While waiting for the subway or metro, you can easily shop all your items on the subway station. Its so surprising as Korea opens the first virtual shooping store with LCD display, on Seoul subway station.
The walls of the Seonreung subway station in downtown Seoul have the virtual displays of over 500 of the most popular products with barcodes which customers can scan using the Homeplus app on their smartphones and get delivered right to their doorstep.
Best part is you just need to scan the bar codes, if the orders are placed before 1pm at noon the items will already be delivered at their home when they reach home. It surely gives speed and convenience for the shopping.

My best 100 x 10 set of Push-up (NO PAIN,NO GAIN)

Push-up Samples
It's been quite a while I didn't proceed with my push-up exercise as I busy with my study  as a Senior in my University and sometimes even too lazy to do it due to my hectic student's life. But recently I feel I want to continue with that exercise again since I really miss it so much. And yes, for sure it must be really painful for the first week but I will be fine.
When I flashed back to my last push-up workout on February last year, I managed to gain the count for about 100 times non-stop with 10 set of push-up! - Total 1000 count push-up per day and sometimes I could done more than that. That's good enough for me that time for sure.
To me personally, push-up exercise is definitely easy and cost-free workout!
You can do it anywhere like inside your own room or office without having to pay out some cost to it rather than you go to gym and pay monthly gym fees just to get the shape you want. Push-up is the full-body exercise that you should give it a try and it is definitely beneficial to yourself! Well, why don't we give it out a try and challenge yourself to make your record count to 1000! Don't give up guys as if you don't fight for something, you will fall and fail for anything. - I bet that's the very best quote I ever mentioned in here! If you are a beginner, make the count rise gradually as you can't put so much pressure on your muscle during your starting phase. Try to make it 50 count per day on the first week trial and try out 100 count for the next coming week. Remember, you will definitely feel pain on your muscle as you just started on it but trust me, it will paid-off once you get your desired shape and at the same time, your health is definitely at a very good state for sure. -

Keep fit, gain up your shape, maintain healthy and stay young!

Today is a historic day for all Timorese and the World

We have had two president elected democratically by us and now is the time for us to once again exercise our political right to decide which one of them is deserved, qualified and meeting the political, social as well as cultural requirements to be our president and to serve our country as defined in the constitution. No doubts that both candidates have excellent plans for TL's future development in needed sectors with which, if elected, they can cooperatively work with the next government holders in order to bring the country out of instability, poverty and consequently establish a sustainability of good economics conditions.

God bless Lu-Olo and TMR

 God bless Timor-Leste.

Volunteer for Yeosu Expo 2012

Dear : all international students~

Want to use your korean and perform on a global platform? KISSA welcomes you to join the Yeosu Expo 2012 which is going to be held from May 12th to August 12th, 2012.

<><><><><><>
Introduction
Following the Daejeon Expo in 1993, the Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea is the nation’s second expo to be recognized by the BIE (Bureau of International Exhibitions). The expo’s seaside Yeosu City venue highlights the main focus of the expo: the ocean and its value as a natural resource.

Exhibition centers of the Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea include the Theme Center, Korea Center, Sub-theme Center (Climate Change & Environment, Ocean Industry & Technology, Ocean Civilization, Ocean City and Ocean Creatures), International Center, and Aquarium. Each center has its own unique color and contents that expand upon the grand theme of the expo, “The Living Ocean and Coast.”

The 2012 Expo Yeosu Korea will serve as a timely reminder to the global community of the value of the sea, which is closely linked to the very existence of the human race. Many also hope that the expo will be a chance for nations to come together and discuss a new, unified vision for the world’s ocean environment.
Programs
Theme CenterThe Theme Center is the nation’s first floating ocean structure. The two-story floating center is located in front of the Expo Venue and is said to best represent the expo’s theme of “The Living Ocean and Coast.”

Korea Center The Korea Center is designed with beautiful curves that embody the Korean flag (Taegeuk) while representing value of the balance between fullness and emptiness. The center will remain in use even after the Expo is finished and will continue to play a role in sharing the traditional shapes and colors of Korea with global audiences.

Sub-theme Center As its name suggests, the Sub-theme Center is where the sub themes of the expo are explained and displayed in more detail. The center is divided into different sections such as Climate Change, Ocean Industry & Technology, Ocean Civilization/City, and Ocean Creatures around the Big-O.

Ocean Industry & Technology Center
This center focuses on the global development of a “blue economy” through the advancement of ocean industries and technology. The center seeks to show visitors the tremendous importance of the future of the ocean industry and its ability to create significant employment and other opportunities.

Ocean Creature
Under the theme of ‘Foundation of Life, the World of Wonders,’ the center celebrates the ocean as a treasure trove of biodiversity. Here visitors can discover the importance of protecting ocean creatures and the priceless ocean eco-system.
