My best 100 x 10 set of Push-up (NO PAIN,NO GAIN)

It's been quite a while I didn't proceed with my push-up exercise as I busy with my study  as a Senior in my University and sometimes even too lazy to do it due to my hectic student's life. But recently I feel I want to continue with that exercise again since I really miss it so much. And yes, for sure it must be really painful for the first week but I will be fine.
When I flashed back to my last push-up workout on February last year, I managed to gain the count for about 100 times non-stop with 10 set of push-up! - Total 1000 count push-up per day and sometimes I could done more than that. That's good enough for me that time for sure.
To me personally, push-up exercise is definitely easy and cost-free workout!
You can do it anywhere like inside your own room or office without having to pay out some cost to it rather than you go to gym and pay monthly gym fees just to get the shape you want. Push-up is the full-body exercise that you should give it a try and it is definitely beneficial to yourself! Well, why don't we give it out a try and challenge yourself to make your record count to 1000! Don't give up guys as if you don't fight for something, you will fall and fail for anything. - I bet that's the very best quote I ever mentioned in here! If you are a beginner, make the count rise gradually as you can't put so much pressure on your muscle during your starting phase. Try to make it 50 count per day on the first week trial and try out 100 count for the next coming week. Remember, you will definitely feel pain on your muscle as you just started on it but trust me, it will paid-off once you get your desired shape and at the same time, your health is definitely at a very good state for sure. -
