Jinhae Gunhang Je, which is also called cherry-blossom festival, has started since it had the statue of Admiral Yi Sun-shin on Bukwon rotary and gave the memorial service on 13 April, 1952. After then, it became a spring festival including cultural arts festival, tour festival, and Folk Flea Market of eight provinces that people can enjoy them with beautiful cherry-blossom.
